I know someone who set up grow rooms for 10+ years. Then he got busted. But now hes back at it.

If I'm not mistaken, giving advice is enough to get you in trouble for assisting, should someone get busted. Especially in a conservative area like most of Michigan.

The first thing that popped into my pointy little head was, "A kind of LEO sting operation?" To be sure, economic times being what they are (especially in Mich.) I admire them for their ingenuity and it doesn't mean that they are not on the up-and-up, I just can't think of anything they could advise me on, that I couldn't learn here. If one is just learning to grow, or growing just for personal use, then small is the answer and wouldn't seem cost worthy. But, if going big with these people, you may just be setting yourself up for a long period of being a "ward" of the state! Before using them though, I would definitely watch for major busts the next several months being reported in the news!

that's funny, i just made the move myself, printed up some cards and placed them at my friends store.....of course i live in a enlightened state and would check medical registrations before giving live plants, it seems with the attorney generals statement re MM now is the time to act..i wasn't the first to get my cards on his counter, two others had already started and have done a bunch of rooms for medical. I'm a contractor with all tools and the desire to help, WTF....jc

Just yesterday i heard of the latest Oregon state legislature proposed changes to the Oregon MM laws, they say they want to make the state the only grower, control sales through state dispensaries, sell it for 98. dollars an oz. tax it and 'control' potency, fuck 'em i say, i just start a new gig and now this.... one thing for sure alot of self sufficient folks are NOT going to give up there medicine. jc

I'm in Cali for the moment...Oregon is right upstairs though! It is a fucking plant! It should be wild and free! The only "control" should be if someone loves the plant enough to bring it inside to enjoy it. Overgrow the planet! I am taking all extra seeds and spreading them outside everywhere I go. I think I will have a seed room along with the veg and flower room. If we all plant outside, no one will be able to "weed" the planet.
