I use clear plastic cups, a 3oz bathroom cup for the clone and soil, and two 7 oz highball cups for a reservoir and dome. Cut a few holes in the bathroom cup so water can get in and out, fill with medium, and go. Use the clear ones because they are usually cheaper and you can see what is going on.

Yeah, pretty appropriate in your neck of the woods. Oregon's weather is very dry when its not raining, and the rain seems more like a mist. You could get soaked if you get hit by a drop of rain in the caribbean. I lived in both Portland and Corvallis and found the summers to be very dry in both areas. I'm back home in the caribbean and I tried using a humidity dome but the hot/humid weather makes the air temperature inside the dome too warm, every time I took the dome off I could feel the mugginess that was being built up. Even in a drought prone season the humidity here is high, making it seem like it is hotter than it really is. Now I'm keeping them uncovered, just making sure they have enough water to account for their transpiration. I made a second air stone cloner, this one from a spray bottle.I want to take it to the limit, see how many I can have rooting in that square foot tile.I'm guessing at least 40.
