i got my grow recommendation couple of month ago. and it say : limit exemption: none, on the paper..so does that mean i can grow as much as i want?

No it means there are no exemptions on your limit meaning you have to adhere to state and local limits. 6 mature OR 12 immature plants. :)

Whoa whoa, what? I thought it was 12 immature and 6 mature, totaling 18... and that limits don't really apply, as long as you stick to the kelly decision of what was reasonable. Is this assumption wrong?

It says...

Mr. 420247 may be exempt from the usual SB420 limitations for the amount of medical cannabis grown and possessed in order to obtain and prepare a sufficient amount of medicine for his personal needs, including the preparation of concentrates and edibles.

Nope my lawyer told me that its 6 OR 12, not and. But yea with the kelly decision there is no limit really since its considered unconstitutional under California's Constitution for the state assembly to change a voter approved initiative. I was told to keep it under 99 or the feds will come after you.
