Grow Cab Light question HPS 150 or CFL 125w

I've built a new cabinet that fits inside my closet and will be vented to the top of the closet through 4" flex where if can vent into a larger room that is cooled.

inside dimensions 31.75H x 23.5 W x 21.5 D

passive intake vents at the bottom and i was going to use 2, 120mm 75cfm computer fans to push air out the top of the box mounted against the back wall.

is that area too small for SS150w HPS? or should i use something like 125w CFL Grow light? or maybe I need something like a 4" inline vortex?

i want to attempt a scrog with a few plants in a Rubbermaid tote with an air stone i think its called DWC or SWC

any input would be great.

with proper venting id go with the 150hps make sure your ballast in mounted outside the grow box or near the top of the box or near a fan to help with temps. good;uck

ill have to look into one with an external ballast the one i was looking at had it built into the hood. I think heat will still be a problem so i will probably end up with 105 -150w CFL hood and lights.

truth get the sunsystems 150 watt external galaxy and econowing.

thanks, i ordered the econowing and a 4" vortex.. that may be a little over kill for what im doing... then again i figure i could put a 6 x 12 scrubber in the top of the cab and then pipe it to the vortex in the very top of the closet or maybe cut some holes and put it in the attic. not sure if im willing to go that far... ill start posting pictures of my madness soon.. this started with a Rubbermaid stealth grow in soil and then into a cheap cab from Target well two back to back to make 1 cab. And now into cab that i hope will end in dwc 2 to 3 plants and a scrog.

im looking into the sunsystems 150 watt external galaxy now. i think i have about 9 cubic feet of space..
