super lol, know a buddy that sent some herb interstate before to another buddy that moved out of cali. Sent package no return address, vacume sealed 1/2oz in a padded envelope just dropped in a downtown mailbox. Got interscepted and the guy at destination was questioned(bad herb laws there). Charges were filed. The only proof they could get on him that he knew about the package was some text messages. Wasn't enough and the public pretender got it all thrown out. Still a bit of stress on the out of state friends part of course. He moved back to Cali since

He could have just jared it up to help wth smell.Obviously this guy was to lazy or just didnt know how to ship marijuana.

#1 HE USED HIS OWN RETRUN ADDRESS. Its not like he got busted in the store. They used the address he wrote down to bust him.
#2 He obviously didnt wrap it too good if the clerk could smell it that easily and that quickly. I know MJ seeps through bags but not that quickly.

Dr G - I've seen it where when all the air is completely vacuumed and it crushes the buds obviously, a no bueno situation. I assume when you do it you toss the buds in jars prior to seeling?

I think the reason vaccum seal works so well is not because of the type of plastic used, but because the bag is vaccum sealed and air is constantly being sucked into the bag even after it is sealed. It is such a small amount that the bag doesn't loose it's vaccum for a very long time, but the smell can't escape. I can do the same thing with a zip lock bag if I literally suck the air out as much as possible manually and then close the bag tight. Air is constantly being sucked into he bag containing the smell temporarily. I do this to transport half pounds and pounds. Works great. Kind of the same way we keep our rooms with a negative preasure by using a carbon scrubber and fan to exhaust more air out then is coming in. Just thought I would chime in with my 2 cents worth - I can't sleep at all!

2 words ... vaccume seal.
One day I opened a box to have a wave of odor hit me in the face. Scared the hell out of me....Id have thought they would have smelled it. I like the vacum seal over a jar idea.....
step 1: get a vacuum sealer with "delicate" setting
step 2: wear 2 layers of latex gloves (assumin yo ass aint allergic) and if you hippy like me tie back that long hair!
step 3: seal up doja on said delicate setting. swab outside of bag with 91% isopropyl alcohol. then place clean bag into second bag and seal that one as well.
step 4: swab 2nd bag and put into package. take off 1 layer of gloves.
step 5: place in shipping package along with your non-traceable disclaimer form (you know, the one that declares package an unsolicited gift from an anonymous party) and make sure to package and tape box up REALLY WELL! i've heard of using coffee grounds too. place package into shopping bag and take off gloves.
also, it helps to already have your shipping forms pre-filled out before you go to shipping place. make sure fingerprints arent on form (grab stack, handle lightly, go home and use form from middle of stack with gloves on!) sorry, long step lol
step 6: go to shipping place (NOT THE ONE CLOSEST TO UR HOUSE!) wearing hat and sunglasses. possibly sweatshirt too depending on your climate! basically just try to be nondescript. without handling package with bare hands gently dump it out of bag onto counter. ship using a fake name and return address (ive never been id'd to ship out a package) give your prefilled out shipping form and try to be polite but not overly friendly to person behind counter. FYI DHL 18 hour shipping has the least amount of handling of any shipping service (think about it, less sittin in warehouse and less chance of falling off truck and getting further inspected)

How do you vacuum seal a bag of sinsi when the buds get compacted to the point where the thc glands are breaking and crushing along with the bud? Basically meaning you must use a grinder to ever have a chance to have a clean, fresh, and smooth, smoke... ?

All you have to do is press the air out manually then hit the SEAL button not the VACUUM/SEAL button
oh yeah i just upgraded my old one and the new one has 4 different settings for vacuum/seal
