Grow and never smoke again, or smoke and never grow again?

So of you had the choice, would you choose to grow but never smoke again, or choose to smoke but never grow again?
I would easily rather grown and never smoke again. I'm thinking I'm an odd ball here. I have smoked for around 15 years...but less and less each year. I have grown for about 10 years and love it more each run I do. I find more joy in growing and enveloping myself in the subtleties of each plant rather then the end result smoke. Don't get me wrong, I like a hit or two in the evening, but that is the extent of my usage. A crop could last like three years lol (good for my friends I guess). Anyone else like this out there?

do you give a lot away?

I would love to grow enough that I could give it away

I gave away a quarter pound about a month ago to my step kids. It was like 2 years old but preserved in jars.
I would never give to anyone undeserving, and I don't give away to the point where people expect... but ya.
I have no money needs so I have no interest in profit from a hobby. It's just it's a qp in the trash or to somebody who would use it
Lol I think of bud like any other herb or veggie. I love growing them but can only eat so much carrots and smoke so much bud. I think if everyone had the same outlook maybe crime rates would drop and life would be easier

If I had to make a choice it would be smoke but never grow again.

The deciding factor would be legal consequences, I'm not in the PNW.

Growing is work but you do save money so that's satisfying but I grow from seed and the resulting high is never what's advertised, in fact it's just a lil bit better than what I could buy.

i am assuming not using in any way, I dont smoke but i eat it.....
I would rather grow, I do enjoy growing and could always go back on my pills, growing is therapeutic in a way

I am similar. If I did not grow I would most likely not smoke. I am real picky and a light user, always was a light user, even when young and buying all of it.

I love the plant and growing, but have had a few issues with the plants and legal concerns to deal with. For now I am still heavy into growing new strains. If I was just growing the same strains then the fun would run out quick.

i have smoked for over forty-five years, and grown for nearly forty now. i smoke very little these days, but REALLY miss growing when i have nothing going. it is cool to me to watch someone enjoy something that i produce. i would probably grow but not smoke if i had to choose.:)

Looking into choice A. Getting more interested in medicinal properties of topicals and the plant as an anti-inflamatory; maybe a healing bath of plant oil extracts or something similar.

I was living choice B a good part of last year, towards the end of the year, and choice A towards the beginning of last year.

i would stop growing.
i'm sure growing other stuff like fruit(trees) and veggies can be almost as rewarding, but nothing beats the effects of cannabis. :D

Smoke and not grow..

Smoke and not grow..

I've been smoking for more than 45 years and started growing soon after.

All of my grows are organic soil grows.

I have been growing so long it is almost automatic.

I will not stop smoking and I will not stop growing ever.

Peace

Grow and never smoke again, or smoke and never grow again?

Ask me in 10 years,

when all we do is buy a pack of 20,

next time we gas up or get a burger

afterall why be bothered messing about in dirt

tho we may all have quality LEDs by then

I'm sure we won't be able to afford to run them ...lol

If I had no risk and could at least make enough back to cover my costs, I would say grow without smoking since I hardly smoke much anymore anyways. That would let me cover my family and friends who need it, in particular one still very hard-working 78 year old gentleman who really needs it and could do without paying for it.

And I guess if I was growing enough commercially to justify the risk I would do that as well, but that's not my game plan nowadays.

Tough call.
I love to grow this amazing plant.
And I find the older I get the less I have to be stoned all the time. The more I appreciate a good high rather than just being stoned.
mmmmm, I pick grow.

Peace GG

Glad I'm not the only one haha. I grow my smoke outdoors in summer ans thays lasts me indefinetely and use indoor for breeding. I haven't had a hit off my last two runs, as I pollinated immediately.
I just don't value my one or two hits a night over years of progress in strain growing/breeding/collecting. To each their own and great luck to all in their ventures!!

I love you grow other tropical plants as well as fruits and veggies, but it is very true that they do not bring as much pleasure or mystic as ganja plants. No contest. There's a reason why I've dropped probably thousands on Mary Jane seeds and maybe hundreds on all other seeds combined...

I grow but seldom smoke...at the most i'll puff once or twice a month just to take the edge off a difficult day.

I wouldn't mind not smoking again. I'm going to eat / drink / vaporize it for the rest of my life, at least on weekends. I'm not giving up the high for anything.

I've been taking a break from growing for a while. I miss it, but I could live without it. If I had to make the choice I'd pick getting high over growing.
