Grey Area's Grey Haze... what is it?

this stuff is definately in my top 5 smokes of all time... it has a superb sweet hazy taste and smell... almost tropical... so my question is...

WHAT THE HELL IS IT?

is it a homemade cross or is it something available in seed form...

if i had to venture a guess it would be that it's an NL/Skunk leaning pheno of Super Silver Haze, but i can in no way be sure...

the quality varies, but the best sample i've had was possibly the best tasting pot i've ever come across...

so... what do you think? (considering you've had the pleasure of smoking it)

Could it be Super Silver Haze? I had a similar smoke by the sounds of it in another coffee shop, off of dam square..

A bit hard to tell with a majority of dutch genetics revolving around various skunk crosses. I would guess that it is an old school Haze cross with skunk. I highly doubt Grey Area would simply take SSH and call it their own...but then again crazier things have happened.

It is nice herb but I wouldnt be so sure of it being Haze x Sk, dont they have a lot of dna guys stuff there?

grey haze was an unknown haze that was gifted to the guys at grey area years ago. according to john(the guy who runs the place), its a pure haze x'd to an unknown strain, but it is by far one of the best hazes in the dam, i remember it so clearly, its really dense, and calyxy, has amazing crystals for what it is, and just is some really damaging haze.. very smooth and amber trichs.. what a true haze should be.. especially for the money. i think it was 35Euro when i was there, for an eighth, the grey mist crystals are unreal for 15euros , very tough to finish the entire gram even smoking large amounts of it...all their gear is top notch.

another one of their amazing strains , especially for pain and sleep is thier 4077 medicinal leaf.. that shit is smack you in the face type shit, the best afghani in the dam hands down, has great flavor, covered in trichs, is 25 euros an eighth , and it usually gets bought up really quick...-don't forget to get over to stix for their nepalese temple balls, its the real deal temple balls the monks smoked some 500 yrs ago.. yes, its so gooey/oily, just stinks like a church when burned, and gives you the greatest feel good high off of hash that can be had...

if anyone is local or in the dam, make sure to visit across the street, a bar called cafe zool, the bartender there knows how to make some really nice absinthe drinks there, and then after stumbling out of there, pick up some more up before you go home @ the grey area... oh yea, and don't forget, about a 3-5 minutes walk down the street and around the block is amnesia..

that place is another story, and always has the top strains going around.. highly recommended are their kushage(real deal ogkush cross folks) and also thier amnesia haze is my favorite exotic haze ever...its a bit pricey but still worth it..never tried their hash though? anyone??
