Greenhouse new growth leaf issue

I'm growing 16 plants in a large greenhouse in 65 gallon pots and have had nothing but good growth in all of them except for 2 which are both cherry pie strains. Both have this strange crinkled up issue only on new growth.. .
All other plants are doing fine. I am using organic soil and doing nothing different for the other strains. This is only happening on new top growth. any ideas? thanks so much

Strange thing though is only 2 plants out of 20 have this issue. All others are thriving and have no sign of issue. The damage is to all new growth and is very even with every new top having the issue. I've sprayed for mites every week and used bayer tree and scrub early in veg. no clue as to why this is going down
