Green tape reads "HOMELAND SECURITY"!

Got a late package today! Sweet! How ever it had been opened and taped shut with a green tape that read homeland security! Any one seen this befor or experienced it? Should I be worried? Certainly am cancelling the mail there!

Seems strange the material was left intact. Yours wasnt? Apparently they are on to the newest methods. Odd though as others have made it unscathed...after this one was mailed. Im not worried payed a guy for the use of his box...but still freaked me out! Im going to inquire anonymously to the post office and fill you in tomorrow!

Dude...if the seeds were still there then they didn't find them. They prolly just random searched it, didn't find it, but left the green tape so you would know that some random individual didn't tear thru ur package...

That's what I'd think as well... I'm sure there are plenty of lazy and unmotivated inspectors out there...

those seeds might be bugged now...Are they really seeds? or tiny microphone transmitters...
I'd cool down that's fer sure... I guess id be pretty paranoid seeing homeland security tape as well. And probablyjust about everyone would get me wierd for a few days after that by trying to contact me...
I really don't think they would have left the beans in there if they knew they were beans... Unless they want more evidence on you...

tuttlebudd, actually Customs is part of Homeland Security. Very clear from the Homeland Security seal on the Customs website.

Not that it means shit! But if Customs looks at your stuff, it wouldn't be a surprise if their newer stock of green tape has Homeland Security written on it.

When they consolidated, Customs fell under HS I believe, and, since then, all green customs tape is market with HS crest, as seen in pic:

RFID antennas are small enough to fit inside, and yes they have a limited range, but they now know where you live, so for all we know they could be sitting outside right now. ALTHOUGH i highly doubt it, they would have prolly just snagged the seeds, either the guy was lazy or he was a stoner himself lol. i wouldnt worry too much but i would take some precautions. Get the plants outta the house if there are anythere, get rid of paraphinalia as thats now illegal in the U.S. apparently?!?!?! and wipe your comp if your that paranoid
