Green poison taking forever

Growing 2x green poison under a 90watt UFO LED. Ph is at 6.5 average, using Bio bizz grow and waiting to use bloom. It's now 75 days since germ and still no sign of flowering. Both plants are 1.3m and look really healthy. I'm just worrying that it's taking so long to start flowering
