can't seem to get good closeups of dry nugs... shit comes out blurry if i get too close or it's not clear enough when i'm too far. i need to borrow a newer camera, hopefully that gets me better macro mode shots.

- dont hold the buds, set them down.

- white glossy backdrops suck.

-use a tripod--
hell, even a broomstick or somethin is better than nothin...it keeps the cam steady.

- stay far away and use the zoom feature lettin it adjust/focus as u zoom -> go slowly with it..
if that dont work dont use the zoom and get up close to the herb, andf slowly back away till it comes into focus.

-use incandescent (regular) room light.

great advice ethereal, thank you! i only wish that i could have read that before i took all these pics. i'm sure using a stick to stabilize the camera will result in better quality pics.

Oh and just for the folks who asked and don't know how to use the search function, she is a 89 skunk #1 crossed with an unknown indica male in athens Georgia the same year. She is very very similliar to the super skunk Ograskal passed out. Also I passed her out to everyone and anyone so she should'nt be hard to find cuts of. peace

haha used to smoke the GC, now supposedly I got some Green Ice(GC X Ice Queen) from the same guy I got the GC from back in the day! Super stoked as this Green Ice looks a ton like the GC Mind you these GI shots are only at day31 in flower and I'm sure goryerown's shots were probably around day 60???





It was awesome to start to see them really filling on day 32 up, I am harvesting one GI at 45 days!! The other will get a tons of nutrients until flush and go til 55 days, I can't wait!
