I thought the scenes of the Chernobyl power plant explosion were spectacular.

Someone put an awful lot of money into making them authentic & photo-realistic.

Usually only movies like Avatar get that much CGI attention.

Plus they had a huge budget for sets costumes etc.

Like having cameras on the ground in Chernobyl in 1986.

Surprised to actually find it on yt.
Not my type of movie but watching Sam deliver that line was def worth it.
Kinda always liked him in Flash Gordon so, I watched this movie way back when too.
Still have the center fold of him from Playgirl mag.
Haven't watched this in decades and it still makes me giggle.
