Great...another inspection...!

hey there..
so i was just informed by my LL that i have an city inspection coming up...
i just started the show up couple months ago after laying low for a while.
thing is i had my place searched in the past summer and the pig nosed ones found my grow gear....boxed up.
i had no grow going at the time...they didnt even find my seed stash...dumb-ass's.
but they came to the conclusion.

so my ? is...should i toss the plants,or bag 'em and box 'em and take my chances?

well it will be a city inspection,for insurance purposes..
not the po-po ransacking my place.

my thought is they will replace city inspector with undercover.

it would kill me if i had to toss this SSH.

One day inspection, put it in an attic, a friends house, camper, or whatever it takes. To much work to cull it everything for one day. JM2C!

if you are a legal grower growing completely 100 percent in compliance then it doesn't matter, however if it is not 100 percent legal, then i suggest you make it so otherwise there could be trouble.

why were they going through your boxes the first time when they found your grow equipment?

Its none of their business what personal belongings you have. If they want to inspect their property, let them, but they have no business opening your boxes.

rent a small moving truck....back it up to the front door.....mid-day so as not to look shady...just moving..........load everything.....plants, gear, and all grow schitt.........
park truck down the street...dont forget to LOCK the truck.....

have the inspection........after there done and gone..........move back in.....................well worth the time/trouble/and $$$$$$.......

cant put a price on privacy and freedom.......

If you can't move everything to a buddies house or some how get everything out of your house in one piece, then you might want to really consider tearing it all down.... Sounds like you have been in trouble with the law before, or atleast on their radar..... Don't let 3 months of growing get you into years of trouble, a lot easier to tear down and start over later then it is to get busted...also A Hell of ALOT cheaper............ Tough decision you have to make.... Be smart and everything will be fine.

to me, if you have to consider tearing everything down or just move it, it is easier to just tear down and start anew than to go through the trouble. but do what you want and what suits you

im torn between what to do..if it was plain ol' bagseed i wouldnt give a shit....

i wish i had a attic...or something...just not plausible.

i have 2 mothers...maybe just toss the grow and keep the moms...?

Speaking solely for myself, if police had raided my house before ,regardless of what they found, i'd be in a new house, city and county at least. they didn't forget about you, trust me. i would be worried about keeping a head stash there, let alone a grow op. just a couple pennies from me

Don't just toss the plants! Do you know when the inspection is? Stash them in an abandoned car or building for the day. You never answered as to how they found your equipment boxed up and why did they look inside the boxes? Sounds like more of a search instead of an inspection. Did they have a search warrant?

Not sure where you're at or what kind of housing you're in, but I've never before heard of a 'city inspector' needing to come by for an 'insurance inspection'

Unless it's public housing there should be no city inspection. Also unless there has been some type of work done on the place that a city inspector would have to verify was up to code, like a complete over haul of your electrical system, sewer connection, or something of that nature.
Every once in a while someone from the auditors office will come out to inspect the property to see if the house, buildings, etc are the same as the last time or improved on so it can be assessed for tax role purposes. If that is the case they would just check the outside of the property.
If he's having an insurance inspector come in they can and usually will look under the house, in the house, and in the attic of the home. Not always, but I've had insurance guys look for any damages inside and outside the home prior to writing the policy for it.
The city does not have anything to do with inspecting for insurance purposes on private property.
If he's telling you a city inspector is coming into the house, somethings up. That just don't happen as far as I know unless you have some seriously fucked up laws where you live.
And since he's given you notice of an inspection he can come in and look in the rooms himself as he is entitled to by law, but he can't look in or through your personal belongings.
Think I'd do something so that there is no trace of a grow in progress, in the past, or preparing for one when they show up.

well the incident were the cops came in with a warrant happened over the summer.
the incident was totally avoidable...but due to my drunken stupidity
things escalated..i spent 1 night in the cage.the next day the judge threw out the bunk charges..yeah the cops got red faced...man they where pissed...lol.
but they did find my gear boxed up...tent,dirt,ferts.they even had the k-9 here....funny,they where looking for a trap door under my area rugs....i live on the second floor ya fuckin morons..

so my LL says this inspection is for insurance purposes.
also its an ordinance in this toilet bowl of a city.all LL's that rent have to have their place inspected once a year.
i guess there is a problem with people renting then filling a 2 bedroom apart with 20 people...some of these people are illegally residing in the USA.

so i thought it over and i'l have to get rid of everything...
7 mrn ssh...and 6 so cal mkXgk.....funk.and 1 mom of each..so 15 all together
they are 25 days into 12/12...and smelling,looking so sweet.
its going to be painful...but rather safe then sorry.
so the funerals via my toilet and garbage disposal begins today..

my lease is up mid spring....im outta here...
i'l find a new place and start all over once again....man im sick of this cat and mouse bullshit....i just want my meds...!!!

i wish it was that easy...i cant even rent a movie at blockbuster.

i could have a "friend" rent a u-haul...but then they would know...even though all my friends smoke,they do not know what i do.and i'd like to keep it that way.
