Hey everyone, got some pics of a tent containing a our mother plants and several of our strains in flower......the tent is at 67 day of flowering, they have been flushed and fed plain tap water for 14 days and spring water for the last 4 days, after another 3 days of spring water the plants that are ready will come down while the rest continue to get spring water till they are ready.
Here is our keeper selected from a run or our regular Grandoggy Purps seeds that i am dubbing the Purple Poo pheno.

This tent is a nightmare to work with due to the fact the plants were 5ft tall (in 1 litre pots) while still in veg in a 2.2 meter tall tent! To say this was a challenge to get under control is a massive understatement and sadly there are a few burnt and bleached tops. There are also a couple plants hidden from the light because the carbon filter is in the way (well actually its the plants that are too tall) so they will not yield as well as they should have done. Also the majority of the canopy is not as frosty as it should be due to being to close to the lights.....some of the lower buds are super frosty though so those will be extra tasty.

I have more pics that i will throw up in other threads and will also get more of this lady when i get the opportunity again.

Peace

It smells like like a combination of a purple candy/Kool aid type smell with hint of chemmy fart spray......super dense buds, yields very well.

I have a few of these about 4 weeks into veg. I'm seeing two distinct leaf variations, some phenos have very pointy leaves and others pronouncedly more round leaf tips. Anyone else notice thus? Just a few more weeks and it will be time for flip.

Looking great. Can't wait to try some Gdoggy outside this spring... need to find the perfect spot, breezy and strong morning sun, shade in the brutally hot late afternoon. Also gonna run some Rainbow Jones and SSSDH. I will always save a hole or two for SSSDH.

At a gig this week, we were hanging outside after a set, and I lit a SSSDH fatty from last year's popcorn jar. This chick turned her nose up at it while all my buds and her boyfriend were going on and on about how damn good it tasted, passing it around with full attention. She proceeded to fire up a slim one of hers announcing (very snootily) that it was "Island Dream" a medical sativa from Cali-for-ny-aye, by God. Tasted very fruity and kinda incensy, I thought at first it was that reefer-like substance that the head shops sell and asked her if it was. LOL I was wrecked on that damn SSSDH, we went in and stretched out a great set of blues. Everyone was dancin', I was hittin all my licks just right, it was great.

Turns out the other 2 phenos are finishing up just as special so im gonna be running them all a few more times. Wait till you see the harvest pics, its a big statement but i think Grandoggy Purps may be the best looking thing i've grown.

Nice. Tempted to chance some grandoggy outdoors this year (45N) after reading this but have my doubts they'll finish in time. Do the clones finish up 2 weeks before the seed plant? Either way can't wait to get my pack crackin'. I saw mention of regular seed, any chance of regular versions of the current female line making their way this year?

more Grandoggy (Ania cut)

more Grandoggy (Ania cut)

The purple in this lady came on strong around the 6th week onwards although she seemed to have a lilac hue to her the whole even early that was not quite visible in pictures.
Regarding the finish time of this lady it is fair to say i took her longer than most people would have felt needed and she could have easily come down around the 9 week if she had been flushed well enough by then.
Anyway here are some more pictures of her.
