well i think she grow pretty fast when i trim her i trim he alot as u can she well she grows the leafs back in bout 3-4 days to where u can even see the main stalk heres a lil update i just took these pics

The yield will be off because the Urkle vegged much longer and have multiple tops so they will easily weigh more. The smoke difference will be good to figure out. Next round there will be 7 week vegged Urkle w/ 6 week vegged GDP going it 2 weeks later. That will be a good tell tale for yield. Thanks for stopping by S4v!!

Heres the grape ape smells incredible.







From the looks of all the pics youve guys posted on here id say that grand daddy purple resembles the grape ape greatly, looks exactly like it. i dont know much about how these strains tie into each other or if there related at all but the GDP is a spitting image of this beaut GA i have sittin right next to me.

My final thoughts are the Urkle is just to slow of a grower and yields to light to keep running. I'm going to pollenate the mom w/ a Sweet Tooth #3 male and that will be it for her. Might as will pollenate the gdp as well. The smoke qualities are so similar I can't tell them apart. I'll though up some pics of them later. I had a lone Ogre in the grow that I am very impressed with. The OG Kush s1 hemi'd and there is the stray seed throughout the room. It didn't get the best lighting since it stretched 3 time taller than the rest. The Sensi Star from BPG also did well. She was bushy and yeilded better that the GDP and Urkle. Not gonna keep her but you will be happy with her if thats one of the clones you have to choose from at the clubs.


I'd love to try out the Grape Ape. I wouldn't be surprised if it was an Urkle croos like GDP but the GS thread says otherwise.

Damn. Still gonna toss the Urkle..oh well if you ever decide to run her again i'll have some extras for you I have access to a few males thru a friend and also finally got some STS supplies on the way specifically for a few personal Urkle S1 crosses which you know you'll have access to. So she will be around in some form or fashion.

The next time i grow Urkle i'm gonna go the Nspecta/Gronut route. Hopefully that'll be soon but i may have to wait til this gdp is done. Here's some updated pics. These pics over a week old now. I'm about 1 week into flower right now

Same here.. the GDP was very, very good. Thanks for that bro The smell seemed just a touch more skunky but very similar as well. Awesome flavor. Good job on them.

The ST3 cross sounds like it could be a winner.

I have let the Erkle go aswell, but I am still holding onto the Ken's Granddaddy Purple.

Krowmobe on the AN forums, and his bro's all pull 16-18 zips per 600w lamp with a 10-14 day veg... I will not give up on this tsrain yet, with numbers like that. They do run CO2, and AN 2+ heavy feeding programs.


How were your numbers bro? I'm curious... I yeilded 10g per plant(kGDP) in a 20plant SOg under a 600w... pitiful... Clearly did something wrong.

Is your cut sourced from them (if not dont mention who you got yours from )? I've read some conflicting grow info over there from 3 people running that same cut. Also it conflicts with what i've been told by people who have the same cut here, along with my own experience...

But seriously if you ran her single cola style im not surprised in your yeild

I'm gonna go that route as well. They aren't going to be big enough for this round but they will be monsters in to months. Gonna top them about 10 days before I flip them and trim the muff down low as usual.

Ogre has a permanent spot in my room next to the GDP. I need to hold on to the Afgooey becasue I want to see it outside.
