Grand Daddy Purple (Original) When to flip?

I'm wondering if someone could give me some advice on when to flip these GDP, from someone that has grown it before.

I have 20 GDP cuttings that are GDP x GDP (Original). I've never grown this before so not sure what to expect.

These are currently roughly 4 inches tall, I would like them to fit into 4' x 4' area in a SOG style, at what height should i veg these before flipping them into 12/12 for a full canopy and to it's highest yield potential

They will be flowered in 5.7 litre pots under 660w HPS

Some leaves are burnt up a little from the Pyrethum 5EC i sprayed the other day. So no concern

Here's a GDP I grew OD from May - Sept veg started showing sex first of Sept full flower by 3rd week in sept. I harvested 58 days after full flower

With SOG it doesn't matter what strain for me, I veg for 2 weeks after roots show in my rockwool starter cubes then flip. However I'm in hydro so don't know in soil.
