It sounds like they used illegal methods to find your grow. Some may even resort to paying criminals to break into people's homes so that police can have "written oath or affirmation" regarding a grow.
Well at least they didn't take your equipment or arrest you. But I think it's safe to say they're going to be watching you and checking up with you indefinitely as long as you live in the state.

You know, the prosecutor needs to turn over all relevant discovery evidence to your defense attorney. What would they say about that illegal "written oath or affirmation" and what would happen if your attorney called the criminal they hired to give sworn testimony?

The cops will just lie and fabricate evidence. They don't need to hire criminals, they are perfectly capable themselves.

I knew a person whom was picked up leaving a commercial spot while his house was simultaneous raided by a whole slurry of agencies. He bonds out to return and get the story from his wife who was not arrested. No grow at the personal residence, but they took some buds and cash from his home during the raid.

He cleans house (some things and other valuables that they missed) and decides to go stay elsewhere.

That same night.. house get searched/ransacked. TVs, computers, consoles, jewelry, etc taken. One could say it was not law enforcement and merely a coincidental robbery or someone who knew he was away, but the house was just too well searched and turned upside down. It wasnt just a theif looking to come up... it was someone looking for detailed further evidence/money.

He believes that he DEA/or whomever ransacked his house the night after his arrest to search for further evidence that he was associated with this commercial grow project, and of course possibly more cash they might have missed.


Of course this was after his arrest, but don't put anything past them. They do lots of shady shit on and off the clock.

Download yourselves a copy of NORML's "Freedom Card", if any cops come to your place WITHOUT a warrant in hand, just hand them the freedom card

It's gonna take time for them to get a warrant which in turn gives you time to kill your crop(s)

Also, there is nothing that says if one cop waits while the other fetches the warrant, that you have to wait outside with them or anything

dude u can get 1000w ballasts for 100 bucks.. and hood for 100 bucks.. so for 5 grand.. i could get 25,000w setup.. say 20,000w of lights. and 5000w of fans and exhuasts and shit.. and if u run huge winter rooms and no summer , u could do no ACs. . but really 5 grand should get u hell of a lot more then that .

hydrostores refurb ballasts.. wen I talked to my local dude he says he ordered tons of caps and ignitors and just switches them out.. he also says he wont buy used ballasts unless they have a receipt saying they bought it within the last 12 months. but ya I talked to the local dude about it.. my next harvest im grabbing 6 600s and 2 1000s.. and a flip flop. .and doing the final grow before we make our move..
