got some horrible looking spots on leafes? any ideas

Looks like thrip damage. Get some captain Jack's dead bug brew, or something else with spinosad in it.

Yep thrips
I use monterey garden spray. Works great. Do a foliar and a root drench, twice should knock em way back. My infected plants always explode with vigor and new growth after I spray em.
These little fuckers will destroy seedings like a mofo... You wil see deformed growth at the tips and over all lack of vigor. The little fuckers munch the grow tip and the cells get all fucked up ha.
