Got butter w/ leaf in it? Make a weed pizza.

My friend had an accident making butter, long story short, one stick of butter wound up with leaf in it. He gave the dirty one to me. So I'm thinking I don't want to make sweet stuff with this butter, I want to make something that the leaf will serve as seasoning in. So I made a green pizza, a white pizza with cannabutter, garlic, oregano and basil as the sauce.

I make my own pizza dough, you can go spend $7 on a digiorno crust or something, but if you make your own dough costs about $0.50.

If you make your own dough, pre-cook the dough the in the oven, if it's just on a pizza pan on an oven rack, for probably about 15 minutes, I have a gas oven and throw my pizza pan on the bottom surface of the oven for this, takes about 7 minutes. If you use a pizza stone probably about 7 minutes for that too.

(tip: grease the fuck out of the pizza pan before you flour up and roll out the pizza dough for best results)

After your dough is cooked a bit, take it out of the oven and put it on a towel so you don't burn anything. Take your cannabutter, melt it down in the microwave for no more that 30 seconds at a time, add like 4 tablespoons of garlic and about 1 and 1/2 tablespoons oregano and basil. mix that up well and spread it evenly over the pizza. Add lots of cheese to protect and absorb the cannabutter goodness, and throw it back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes, until the cheese gets a bit darker.

Add whatever toppings you like, although I don't think Funions will make a good green pizza topping.

Let it cool for 5 minutes after coming out of the oven before you cut it.

If you make your own pizza dough, a pizza cutter is a great investment.

Don't knock it till you've tried it!
I guarantee I can make more perfect slices with scissors than any other kitchen implement.
At least until kitchen lasers are invented...

Didnt you rinse/wash your butter before you use it...this process removes any fert salts or bs in the butter

look at my butter after 1 time of washing it...see how brown and cloudy the water is.... after 3-4 washes the water is clear and the butter is light green.... it smells and tastes alot better

I agree about the scissors, maybe a plain cheese pizza would be good with scissors, or perhaps if I wanted to cut the pizza into strange shapes, but for a traditional pie cut with a bunch of toppings, I want to cut that shit down on a surface.

vapedg13, that is great info, can you post a thread detailing that process? That should be a sticky on here.

I usually just strain the butter, but a little didn't get strained well, so I made a pizza. Simple and not bad solution to that problem :)

Believe it or not, scissors can cut right through pepperoni, mushrooms, even pineapple if that's how you roll. It ain't rocket surgery- if you've ever used scissors to cut anything, you can cut any type of pizza- NY, deep dish, you name it.

i use one of those pizzacutters, round wheelie thingie, zip zip zip and done.

not too concerned about slice size, but its accurate enough if thats what people want :)


have made my own pizzas for close to 20 years now, restaurant bought pizzas just dont do it for me anymore,average pizzaplaces pizzas just taste flat, cardboard tasting, vaguely disgusting.

even the best places , arent that good.

why pay 3-4 times the price for something thats maybe at best, almost good, compared to something that you make in 5 minutes? (not including the baking)

its not even a timesaver ordering pizza. (lol, even if i buy prebaked bottoms and preshredded cheese, its still cheaper and better)

It was like the top one, only with a lot less actual leaf and bud on it and about a stick and a half of cannabutter.

Tasty, I think I'll make one like the bottom one for 420
