My friend had an accident making butter, long story short, one stick of butter wound up with leaf in it. He gave the dirty one to me. So I'm thinking I don't want to make sweet stuff with this butter, I want to make something that the leaf will serve as seasoning in. So I made a green pizza, a white pizza with cannabutter, garlic, oregano and basil as the sauce.
I make my own pizza dough, you can go spend $7 on a digiorno crust or something, but if you make your own dough costs about $0.50.
If you make your own dough, pre-cook the dough the in the oven, if it's just on a pizza pan on an oven rack, for probably about 15 minutes, I have a gas oven and throw my pizza pan on the bottom surface of the oven for this, takes about 7 minutes. If you use a pizza stone probably about 7 minutes for that too.
(tip: grease the fuck out of the pizza pan before you flour up and roll out the pizza dough for best results)
After your dough is cooked a bit, take it out of the oven and put it on a towel so you don't burn anything. Take your cannabutter, melt it down in the microwave for no more that 30 seconds at a time, add like 4 tablespoons of garlic and about 1 and 1/2 tablespoons oregano and basil. mix that up well and spread it evenly over the pizza. Add lots of cheese to protect and absorb the cannabutter goodness, and throw it back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes, until the cheese gets a bit darker.
Add whatever toppings you like, although I don't think Funions will make a good green pizza topping.
Let it cool for 5 minutes after coming out of the oven before you cut it.
