Does the existence of Gorilla Glue #4 validate the effectiveness of XX pollen in breeding?

Maybe somehow the genes controlling trichomes all formed like Voltron?

The parents all were quite top-shelf, though, that is true, feminized pollen or not.

:ying: kind regards from guineapig :ying:

Im waiting for your results with the screen. If you say good to go I will make one to..
the screen isnt going to affect the yield all that much, its the long veg plus the plant manipulation that will be what makes these plant yield well, the screen is just a convenience really...

I always thought the screen is what helped the yield. With both plants vegged the same time Can you train/lst and get the same yield as the screen does ?? I guess I need to read more LOL..

the screen is just a framework, what i mean is i accomplished the same thing by bending and manipulating the branches and topping them so i had a full dense plant with many bud sites at what would be,and will be when i get around to building it,canopy level at the screen,i just need to buil it,slap the thing on top and im good to go with very little tying up...theres no way i could have trained them to a screen and then moved the whole thing to flower...better to move them into place and build the screen then..

Yup .... i'm like you . theres no way i can put a screen over them in veg ... cuz they're in a different room . so all i can do is train them in veg & put the net over them once they go into flower to hold up the branches as they get heavy & tie a few down that get to long .... so the canopy stays even under the light .

the screen just makes it easyer to keep it going horiz during stretch and holds those fat nugs up in late flower.

do you use a screen JW?

I have enough PVC parts to make the frame but no twine.

if i only had 4 foot wide doors all through the house,i could just veg a glue in a 50 gallon pot on a 4x4 table with a screen built in place and just roll the whole thing into the flower room when ready!

They sell nets at big box stores. Hydro stores carry the nice plastic ones. Fishing line works if outta twine most have a spool of that in the garage.

already got it built, just waiting for the lights to come on so i can screw it to the table, ended up using one of those net trellises and zip ties,im going to have to pick up some wire and weave a proper screen for it one of these days...

I use the green vinyl coated landscaping fence from homedepot taped to a pvc frame . the holes are 2" x 3" & work pretty good . you can pull a decent sized bud through the hole if need be .
I picked up a 4' x 50' roll for like 50 bucks .

unfortunately that kind of stuff is a bitch to haul home in a backpack...nothing like having the roll digging into your spine and whacking you in the back of the helmet while riding!
