The news last night told that the Australian Consumer and (something or other) Commission (ACCC) is taking Google to Australia's Federal Court for Data Breaching.
The breaching concerns the geo-location ability of Android phones which Google says can be turned off so that you cannot be tracked.
Bad luck for many Users as in many cases the tracking app did not turn off tracking, or the User was required to do unspecified multiple tasks to turn off the feature.
