goodbye rockwool...Hello solless mix(hydromix hp)

any one could help me out with a little advice? i used rockwool for all my grows and i am now abandoning it, because i believe growing should be fun .. and it is not fun at all when using rockwool y know al the hassles. any way i just bought a bale of atami hydromix HP its just like sunshine #4 exactly like it. i need a good routine on how to feed with it i have my choice of sensi grow&bloom, gh, and bc grow,boost,bloom. i have some sup. like hydroplex awsm. blossoms, hydroguard, floralicious plus, Diamond nec.,liquid karma, and sug. ddy, and magical. how ling do the stater nutes in stuff like sunshine promix hydromix last and after its done which of these products should i use and at what strength. i never used planting mixes just shitty complicated rockwool. and oh yeah were should the ph be i know i shouldnt go low like rockwool right. someone shed some lite on how to grow the most efficient way with a planting mix. im willing to push the limit with stuff money is no issue when it comes to me smoking conosuer cannabis.

this is not a rockwool thread, i dont like it any more. ive used it for a couple years and im not satisfied plain and simple. i dont want my post to turn into a flaming soilless mix type of deal. ok thank you have a merry time soaking your cubes and slabs

Rockwool is SHIT. I stopped using it in my NFT just recently after designing my own media-less plant support system.

Rockwool sucks ass because...

It costs money
It is only available at growshops
It DOES NOT hold air as claimed causing dieback/transplant issues
It fucks up your ph as it degrades
It falls to bits
Its has to be ph'd/soaked at 5 for 12hrs
Algae loves it
pest can infest it
