Good pastimes for the winter ...

For many of us it's the time of year when we head back indoors to stay warm....

What's some of your favorite past times... throw out some good unique idea's that will help with the boredoom and the winter blues some people get...

the obvious...
-surfing the net
-movies
-gaming

the unusual...
grab your credit card, book a ticket to Amsterdam for the weekend, party and smoke yourself silly and then back home to work for Monday... now that's a way to put a dint in anyone's winter blue's.

I dont like cold weather much but i try to make the best of it. I like quiet nights with my girl when its cold outside. Some pepppermint shnapps and hot chocolate , some good smoke and a movie is always good. We like to go to NYC in the winter . Shopping , horse and carrige rides in central park. Deep Creek lake is cool we do that alot in winter. Many things to do in winter but getting cold is not a favorite past time

It's the most beautiful time of the year. I can't wait. The coming heat wave (at least here in the Eastern US) is going to devastate me.

They are like for kids but I'm no growup

SKIING!!! both downhill (adrenaline rush), or cross country through the quiet woods (breathtaking beauty). Snowshoeing is great as well, and then of course you could always jump on the snowmobile for some adventure! How about sledding?? You loved it as a kid...and you still will as an adult...
