Good glass in the bay area?

hey folks, i've been looking for a new pipe for resin smoking & have been disappointed by the selection at the few san fran & berkeley 'head shops' i've visited.

as a former head shop employee from the midwest, i've been astounded that everyone seems to carry nearly the exact same commercial glass that i used to sell seven years ago (made factory style in india, is my guess)!

so, my question is, does anyone have a recommendation for a shop that carries hand-blown pieces, perhaps made locally, with some real style & character?

failing this, i guess i'll just have to order something from 'ol snodgrass!

i hate thread bumpers, but am still desperate for some new, beautiful glass... does anyone have any suggestions as to quality glass vendors in the san francisco bay area? there's gotta be someone out there with the real stuff!

There's alot of good glass shops in Santa Rosa, and a few in Marin.

Yeah, try Mighty Quinn on Santa Rosa Av. in Santa Rosa.

well if your gonna go to santa rosa go to the mighty quinn if you want pipes. bongs is a different thing i would go to homeblown glass alot better bongs and water pipes, and you can get custom stuff blown right there. Or i have at least. You can also try peace pipe they have alot of every thing still better bong selection then mighty quinn . You said your jus looking for somthing for resin smoking so you will porbably be fine with the mighty quinn or peacepipe there on the same street anyway.

thanks for the tips, guys. i was hoping to find something closer to home, but sometimes you just gotta go the extra mile to get what you want!

i've seen some decent glass on telegraph ave. Actually it seems like that whole street is smokeshops and record stores.
