I was just on the website of my energy provider (a major east coast gas/electricity company) looking for deals/rebates on new appliances. I was surprised when I stumbled into their online store and found big discounts on many of the items used by the people who frequent this board.
Energy companies are giving incentives to customers for switching to "green" equipment, and there are tons of items that I use in my cab. After 3 minutes of browsing, I came across:
various CFLs, flos and ballasts (not HID ballasts)
powerstrips
timers
thermometers
weatherstripping
ductwork
exhaust fans (yes, including the Panasonic Whisper series)
portable fans
speed controllers
All of these products are offered for a decent price, but then customers of my power company get an additional 20% off! You may want to check out your power company.
