Going under the knife

I just found out I have to have major surgery done. :badday:
I go to the surgeon June 4th. To schedule it and for pre-exam.
I'm a little freaked out right now. I guess I'm afraid I won't wake up. :fsu:

I went through pretty much the same fears over the last couple weeks, i had back surgery last week, and it went fine. the last thing i really remember was the anesthesiologist telling me to count back. You will be fine, and prolly shot up with demerol, dilaudid, or morphine afterwards. Good luck and positive vibes your way.

peace -fb

Much Thanks everyone for the positive vibes. I have a real bad phobia when it comes to Hospitals. Too many people I know checked in and never checked out. My woman's freaking on me to. God willing, I hope I make it thru.

Hang in there dude - now I've got a couple o' folks to think about.

My dad goes in for hip replacement on Tues. He's almost 80, and he's puttin' up a brave front, but I know he's worried too.

I can't pray for ya - but you are in my thoughts.

And a double bump from the twins - they'll be thinkin' of ya too... lol

+vibes for sure bro. Don't be too worried, anesthesia has come a long way. Its actually quite peaceful and when you wake up it'll feel like a minute has gone by like others have said.
