going from 13/11 to 12/12 - mess them up?

Will changing flowering time from 13off/11on to 12/12 mess up any plants that are in mid flower and make them stop flowering?

no, they will be fine as long as you don't go back up.

Some sativas need to go from 12/12 to 10/14 to ripen on time.
