Was gifted a sample of my Bro's God Bud. Which is from the BCBD, and was the F1's or original seed from the Depot. He refered to this as stinky as the plant had a awful odor in growth.
Upon examining the bud. I noticed it's densness..solid to the touch..weighty in the hands.
Calyxes are swollen and trichomes are majority amber. Of wich can be seen with the naked eye. Bud color is a dark tone..in between green and tan, but more dark green to it.
It is a nice looking floral cluster that one would expect from a indica. Once I started to cut it up it's odor was released and it had a earthy undertone to it, with a hint of skunk .
Taste, was good ....earthy resin of which could tell was a good sign of potency. Upon hitting it I was immediately reminded...slightly of old school indicas. But not enough to put it there in that league! It was minty and earthy and hashy all in one. Expansion was there however not enough to gag me. Close though it felt. Upon exhaleing the taste shined threw and the minty indica came threw.
I only took two good pull's on the joint. And was immediately STONED! A nice strong stone at that . It lasted for four hour's of my pleasure, and at the six hour point. I was thinking that God Bud certainly is some quality smoke no doubt about it.
I'd give it a 7/8.5 on visuals, 7 on smell, 7 on taste, and 9 on the stone! Good shit any of you get the chance try it.
