Gnats in coco

Hi all. Im running 3x3 tent with 400w hps. 6 plants each in gallon pot of coco handfed twice a day.

Ive been battling with fungus gnats for few weeks and as I thought I had it taken care of, one day i see like hundred of gnats on my yellow sticky traps. Ive removed two nanners from bottom growth of one of my plants and ive come to the conclusion my girls are undergoing stress cuz of the gnats.

I pretty much have only deep clean and neem oil available at local hydro market. Also thought of 3% h2o2 from apothecary. What should be my approach?

Im already using perlite on top but it seems the fuckers get in via drainholes. Cheers

this is just some of the stuff you can do.

make a top cover on pots: sand, cloth, cardboard, or diatomaceous earth
keep coco or soil as dry as possible without hurting the plants. gnats need a moist place to live and breed. don't leave water around.
cinnamon oil spray
insecticidal soap

don't use these below if your spraying with anything.
predatory mites
predatory nematodes

also get LOTS of sticky traps and put fine filters on all in and out air vents

good luck!

as coco should never be allowed to dry out, i find it impossible to completely eradicate gnats in coco, unless you want to go nuclear....

You would be surprised what hydrogen peroxide can do.
I have killed most every pest with just hydrogen peroxide diluted down to .75-1% with a little dish soap added.
