GOD damn it and i just got over my roller coaster fear...i WAS about to go on every roller coaster i could find...FUCK!!!! i went to disney and rode the baby rides.... everest ride, rock n roller coaster, tower of terror and i really thought i had my fear in grasp...i even had a trip planned to six flags or universal..but now im like wtf???? i guess rides where your feeet arent dangling is cool? man i love a roller coaster rush..but ilove my feet more

damn, i just read this on CNN... how crazy! poor girl, i can't even imagine what that felt like or what she is going through mentally right now. =(

I don't know about you guys, but if you live in the Great Lakes region go to Cedar Point. Way better than 6 Flags and I don't think anyone has ever gotten maimed there either.....

I remember way back, many years ago, I rode the King Cobra at Kings Dominion in Virginia. It was on of those single loop rides that jetted you forward through the loop, then up some track until the momentum stopped, then you free wheeled back through the loop into the station.
Well this one time, we were locked in and set on our way when all of a sudden the safety bar clicked forward about 6 inches. I believe the only thing that saved me that day was the suction from my asshole slamming shut and sucking me to the seat or it was the white knuckled death grip on my friends safety bar.
It sucks for that girl.
I hope they can reattach her feet and she enjoys owning her own amusement park after the lawsuit.

my aunt went on space mountain sometime in the 80s and she told me this dude somehow was able to undo his harness and stand up while on the ride. unluckily for him, he happened to do that just as they were passing under another part of the rail and he lost his head, literally. eek.
^^ oh yea u told me that story when we were ON space mountain(thanks Misss nycdfan lol)....i really woulda wished you told me that before we went on it... oh and yea..by the way..space mountain sounds like a creeky bed when fornicating LOL...ive heared healthier sounds from a ride in cony island!

^ yeah, with each amusement park horror story i hear, the less I want to go to them. But I'll trust Disney over some slack-jawed yokel carnie at the local fair/carnival. You just look at those guys like "yo, I do NOT trust you with my life" hahah

I'd say you have a much better chance of walking out into the street and getting hit by a speeding bus, then getting your feet chopped off at six flags.
