ive told misc like 5 times he has some kill but its not the "thin mint" but he still continues to push that it is.. idc call it whatever u want i guess go hard.. the forum is FLAME AS HELL never denied that. but hell what do i know? lol.....

Here's a coulee rough shots of two side by side. These were two tops I took early. They were a little wet and hardly trimmed. They also got squished up in my pocket when I went out one night with abja and UP. You can see the forum cut has those greasy looking crystals and has alot more purple to her. the OGKB is neon green and looks like it was rolled around in baby powder. The tops are def bigger on the OGKB and the internodal spacing is way tighter. The forum just has these sporadic tiny nugs spaced alot further apart. I'll post pix of finished and trimmed nugs side by side. I'm very pleased with this round to say the least.

looks just like mine, the ogkb only just started purpling last week on me, while the thin mint had been purpling since like week 2. insanely caked up......gunna be great for making hash....think im gunna combine the trim from both

still hanging, wont know for another 5 days probably.

but the thin mint got 3 weeks and the platinum got 4 i think...they both veg so slowly i would recommend a 5 week veg minimum if youre looking to break 3oz per plant

Haha on second thought this thread has enough drama as it is....A cup would be a disaster LOL. I'm just gonna source these cuts myself and see if they're even similar. All the cuts are really fire looking I need to see them all grow side by side to really tell the differences if any.

Misc: I'd keep the trim separate if possible. Kinda a PITA but I did and hope to see the differences In the oil especially.

With my cut, I was told it was the thin mint....I went back for more and what i got was NOT the same whatsoever...its almost laughable how different it looks. so tempted to toss what i got. A select few will try my buds and let me know what they think based on their experience...mine is pretty limited to what i have quick dried of my harvest so far and 1 sample of legit gsc from tracy, ca of all places...i think those who try mine will be convinced it's legit....but i dont have anymore cuts of it....fucking gay, and obviously the people releasing the clones under the same name are releasing a different cut now lol....I think i got lucky

From my short experience with Platinum Cookies, it looks like I will need a longer veg than that to get the yield I need. She doesn't move. I often check for snail tracks I think that the slow growth, being finicky with the nutes and being so tasty. I think the Platinum is going to be more sought after up here in Seattle than the Girl Scout. The reason I think that is, with the growing characteristics. Few growers will grow out that strain. I need to yield over a half pound per plant. I'm thinking 75 day veg and watching the E.C. carefully so not to burn the plant with such a long veg. The only laughing that will be done is the Platinum induced giggles that I'm about to unleash on Seattle. Look for the GT brand Cookies up here.

finally finished trimming the outdoor GSC...yield was actually better than expected mostly because the nugs are so damn dense. but on the flip side the bags look really small....literally half the size of strains like Dieselberry and Blueberry...for a smoke report i crammed a sweet with as much as i could fill, around 2.5-3 grams and smoked out a bunch of bay area folks with it...definately the crowd favorite versus most of the other things on the mountain this year...very smooth smoke with tastes similar to indoor version. smell isnt as loud as indoor versions though, more of a generic minty bubba kush like smell. next year gonna do a few things different trying to dial her a bit better this year was a crapshoot, just threw them into pots and let them go..

purpling seemed to stay on the leaves only...the nugs themselves stayed mostly green unlike cherry pie which turned a darker tint. after growing forum and cherry pie outside they definately seem closely related, im surprised that GSC can get so purple outside and have such grape tones in her with only durban f1.....which makes me think maybe forum is CP x OG whereas the OGKB/platinum looks more like a durban x OG...just speculation.

Fuck yeah those look fire prop. Next year greenhouses bro. All my homies did hoop houses and the differences in color (sorta brownish/green nugs compared to neon green nugs) and quality are ridiculous. Same exact strains but big difference In Quality.

But Like I said you gotta get these cookies while they're hot, if you wait too long the nose on it kinda diminishes and it becomes blander. The forum def retains it's nose for a good while though.

The OGKB me abja and UP smoked the other day was about 8 weeks old/cured. It was def more on the bland side as far as smell goes. The taste was great though. The joint I rolled burned for DAYS.

yea our mountain GSC looks more dense and rocky than some of the greenhouse GSC ive seen...GH definately beats it. might have a lightdep g-house next year to play around with..

and yea i agree about the smell...honestly dissapointed in the outdoor GSC smell wish it kept some of the grapy sugar cookie tones when they were still flowering. i know its not my curing method because all the other strains retained their smells nicely...especially the cherry pie it kept that rank sharp tone to her....as far as yield/smell cherry pie beats GSC hands down, got 2x the yield off her and the bags are way louder. however the GSC smokes much smoother than the CP which was a bit harsher....

Nice prop! Man them outdo cookies is so dense a half pound fit in one of the big mason jars, yields better then I expected too. Plus its the only thing anybody want, I can get um off for double the price of any other outdo.
