GHS SSH won't flower?

Hi ICmag, it's too bad my first post have to be here in the infirmary but oh well.

The story: I've had a GHS SSH under 12/12 from seed and that was about 2.5 months ago, today the plant is 80cm high and under 283W of CFL's, it's generally healthy but I've got an issue: The plant won't flower, normally you'd see the sex of the plant after 3-4V, but no, this plant will not show sex, no pre-flowers, no nothing.

So I've come here to ask for advice, what should I do? Today I decided to put it in 24h of darkess to shock it into flowering, but I dunno what else I can do about it?

I've read that thread before, infact, I did indeed research the strains I want to grow but I thought "Must be a random occurance..."

Yeah right, if anything I've learned that I possess the ability to always get the worst seeds or have the worst luck, I've had a 5-pack of female LR#2 that all turned male for example...

Bad luck my friend but you know what they say lesson's learned & all that just stear clear of said seed banks rubbish! I know it sucks after the outlay of cash.....

iLH,
I have a different theory. First...I think that the urge for the plant to flower and procreate is deeply embedded in all marijuana genetics and can't be bred out. So I personally don't feel it was genetics.

Starting the seed under 12/12 without allowing it the trigger of reducing the light from a veg schedule to a bloom schedule. I know people do grow from seed to 12/12 but not too many, and perhaps some strains do better then others doing that. And more light wouldn't hurt either.
