GHE Mineral Magic in Coco

Hello :tiphat:,

I have recently bought GHE Mineral Magic and i want to use it in coco.

But there is a little confusion of apllying it / feeding shedule according to GHE leaflet:

http://www.eurohydro.com/publications/publications/APPLICATION CHARTS/GB/CHART-FLORA-SERIES-GB.pdf

In Terra we have 4 grams per liter continuously from 3rd week of wegetation.

In Hydro/Aero/Coco we have 4 grams per liter three times per full cycle of growth.

But... it's look like that in leaflet the MM for hydro is applied shortly after change of the water in container / flush.

Does MM stay in coco like in soli, or it is flushed out every time I feed the plants, and I should apply it continuously like in soil?

You can take filtered water and add a dollop of mineral magic to it. Let stand for a day or more, and pour off the clear water. You can do the same with maerl/magnesium lime, if you want to add magnesium, calcium and trace elements.

Thanks for answers.

I contacted GHE and they've told me, it's good to spread some mineral magic, like one spoon, on top of the coco around stem, and let it slowly diffuse with each watering.

You can do that. However Mineral Magic is essentially a silicate clay, and clay can clogg up roots. I think my method is more gentle for the plant. Cheers. :)
