These threads are very inspiring BUT...
Is there a thread/posting where the set-up is shown or explained? Starting from the sprout...to seedling...to transfer to a grow bucket etc. I see all these swell buds, but I want to know as much as possible about what they are growing in, and how that is set up.

there is also mojo's thread which starts from seedlings too, it's in the coco section. here let me look for it. this might be a help to anyone starting with seeds.

Coco rocks! I've used GH 3 part half strength for a while now...glad I found this thread. I never use my TDS meter and am glad to know my mix was right on target...trial and error for me
When I burn em I back off.
I like to try new additives with this mix too. I used some Dark Energy @ 1ml/gal and AN Big Bud @ 1/2 strength...last run and had great results.

I haven't noticed any issues 'cept with a Strawberry Diesel that had unrelated feeding problems. Most DJs True Blueberrys didn't like it...but I didn't think they would...one of the True BBs liked it so I kept it around...still have some more seeds to go through also.
I've been growing multiple strains at a time...will dial in each strain when I do a run of only that strain. I only have one reservoir,so I'm trying to find something to make them all happy. If any start to burn I mix in some pH balanced water to dilute the solution.
Edit: I add 15 gallons at 1/2 strength weekly to the reservoir...if any showed burn I'll add a couple gallons of pH balanced tap. My next run will probably be all Strawberry Diesels. I'll start em at 33% and go from there...time to dial in a few strains
Way...Way...Way...Late Edit: I switched up my recipe using Cannastats Calculator and only use GH Micro, Bloom, Dark Energy.

i think any nutrient used properly will work well in coco. i've seen killer buds from GH, canna, PBP, AN, earth juice, fox farm(me), csn. i'm waiting on someone to set the bar using shultz or MG. won't surprise me when it happens either.
