Getting frustrated with my first grow, can't seem to figure it out...

I'm learning a lot as I go, but still it gets frustrating running into these problems. I'm determined to get through the problems though, cause I've been helped so much by people on here and other message boards.
Anyhow, these plants are somewhere around 3-4 weeks old as far as I know (Picked them up from a friend who started them), they're growing in a PC case under 3 CFL's (two 23w 6500K's, 1 40w 3500K), lights on 24/7 right now, I fed them a diluted (less than half strength) and small amount of Schultz 10-15-10 plant food 2 days ago cause this problem was starting and from what I could guess from reading other threads, it was time for them to start getting some nutes, but this problem seems to be getting worse.
They needed watering today so I watered them again with a slightly stronger solution of the Schultz 10-15-10, I know it was a risk not knowing for sure what the issue is, but I hope that maybe it will help. Anyway, can anyone give me any ideas what this could be? Thanks!

P.S. Temps inside the case have stayed in the high 70's/ low 80's

first off, transplant into a larger container of quality soil (fox farms, black gold, whitney farms)

Second, stop feeding, there will be enough food in the new soil to feed the plant until it bounces back (1-2 weeks) then resume feeding

third, you have a Mg problem, my guess is that it's a lockout from a bad pH or that schultz stuff just doesn't have any/enough, go buy a gallon of DISTILLED OR R/O water from the store (about $0.90 usually) not spring water or mineral water and add 2 TEAspoons of epsum salt (MgSO4, not table salt) to the gallon and water with that for a while.

4th, don't use clear containers.

^^^neither of those things are contributing to the problem, but they can't hurt.

Space Ghost, WeedNinja, and VenturaHwy - Thanks for the suggestions! I guess I'll be stopping by Lowes or Home Creepo on my way home from work today to see about some better soil as well as some larger containers, though I can't get anything too much bigger as they'll all need to fit inside a PC case, haha
Thank you though for the tips, I'll report back if anything changes!

hi, how close are your lights to the plant tops? what is the PH of your water before and after adding nutes? what kind of soil/mix is that? looks like a nute prob to me, but without these details it's hard to pinpoint the cause.
your temps seem ok but can be deceiving with cfl. clear pots = fail. the roots need darkness, once they start reaching the clear plastic they won't be happy - that's not your current problem, but it will be soon lol

my advice is check your ph, repot in a mix to which you at least know the contents (lol) if you're using soil ph should always be 6.2-6.8 for your nutes to be absorbed - if you're out of range you will ALWAYS have what looks like burning, but is actually nutrient lockout (plants not eating) that will lead to buildup in the soil and toxicity. i know this cuz i'm living it lol

hope that helps, good luck

That soil is your enemy. It looks like bark mulch or something and you should re-pot into a quality potting soil like other folks are saying. Use opaque plastic pots.

All I was able to find at the stores around here was Miracle Grow sh*t, I know its not really that great, I got the organic stuff at least. This weed is bagseed, nothing fancy, and its my first grow and I'm just using it to learn for my future grows... My next grow I'll make the drive to get Fox Farms or something better, but the nearest place I could get that is around an hour away and I just don't have that sort of time right now.
I also got two 6" plant pots, I'm gonna add a few drain holes in the bottoms, and I got some playground sand at Home Depot too to cover the soil after I put the plants in to hopefully prevent/control any sort of bugs.
I'm gonna do some reading on how the best way to transplant is, then hopefully by the end of the night the two bigger plants will be in bigger pots in better soil!

As far as PH, I'm really not sure. I got some distilled water and I'm gonna go see about getting the epsome salt at CVS...
