So I finnally was able to get some pics of my 1st scrog. It is going well I would say. The plants at are day 38 of 12/12.

They are under a 400W MH along with 2 4' and 2 2' T12 lights

The 4 coner plants are DJ Shorts BB X SFV OG Kush and the middle plant is Dabney Blueberry.

The soil is a mix of 1 parts Scotts super soil to 1 parts Kellogs enrich, 1 of the big MG perlite bags from HD, 1 cup of blood meal, 4table spoons of seaweed extract, 1/2 a cup of Hydrated lime(can not find dolimite lime around here), and a little bit of epson salts.

I have used very little ferts. The plants were fed with Alaska fish emolusion twice in veg and once right when the lights were flipped. In flower they have been getting molasses with every watering and a dose of seaweed extract once every 2 weeks.

Hope you enjoy

YwouldntI - The soil I use provides plenty of nutes and with the little bit of nutes I do use is mainly just to give em a little kicker. If you look you can see the very tips of the leaves are slightly nute burned so any more nutes and it would cook them anyways.

I edited the 1st post to include the lights but I am using a 400W Mh with 2 4' and 2 2' T12 lights.

I love the canopy you were able to create! Looks like you are utilizing that light to it's fullest. I am sure you will get a very respectable yeild and by the looks of it some top quality smoke. Good luck and keep us posted!

deefirl- You train the plant under the screen while it is veggin plus about the 1st 2 weeks of flower. Do a search for Scrog and you will find lots of info. The screen will help you get a bigger harvest that is for sure. I used 1" chicken wire but a lot of people like to use a screen with 2" holes.

Freezerboy - you are right bigger roots = more bud. I have the plants in 3 gal grow bags.

D Rock - I will let them go 2 1/2 more weeks. I should let them go a week longer but am out of smoke.

LiLWayne - It is a yummy cross. Thanks for stopping by

The plants have 1 week to go and are looking good. I took some sample yesterday of the BB x SFV OG and it is some dank tasty shit. It has small buds but they are thick and full with most going down to the screen.

The Dabney has more of a lollipop/golf ball bud structure were it makes a huge top bud but it does not go all the way to the screen. I didn't take any samples of the Dabney as it doesn't really have any small sample buds to take. Just big tops.

Here is a view of the Garden before sample were taken

Here is Dabney bud shot

After the sample were taken (can you tell a difference???)

Samples taken and drying. It weighed 26.5 grams wet so I figure about 6-7 grams dry. This is all BB X SFV OG
