Get rid of ice cold intake?

I have a room in my garage and its getting pretty cold out.

I have a question regarding if I get rid of my intake to raise temps up a bit, will I be depriving them of co2 from the fresh air.

It is a room out of poly that I made inside the garage. Its not 100% sealed so it should be o.k. right??

you still need air intake, even if its passive-ie not using a fan..... the rule of thumb is double the size of intake for the size of the ehaust...so if you had a 6 inch exhaust you want 2 x 6 inch intakes.
put a little heater in the garage.

Harry is right. You still need fresh air coming in.

If you have a blower pushing fresh air in, you might want to try this idea:

Put a "T" on the output of the blower. One leg of the "T" wil go to your grow area. The other leg will just vent. On that leg you can experiment by partially blocking the "T" that vents, using duct tape...or buy a real damper. You'll be able to fine tune just how much cold air goes into your grow.

a mini oil filled radiator is great for your grow, i just got one...funny stpry actually, i ordered of off the internet and wated for it, it came from a warehouse near london, and wen i looked at the instructions the manufacturers address was a 2 minute walk from my old house in my hometown.. lol.... small world at least i wont have far to go if it ****s up.
you could use a fan heater in the garage, but theyre not great in a small growroom coz of blowing hotair

Thats funny because I went and bought an oil filled heater the other day.

Can I shut off the intake when the lights are off, then turn it on when lights go on??
