I know about the spider mite thread but nobody really notices when u got a question up there... I got some mites, heavy on 2 plants and light on some others.. the plants with the heavy mites got a week to go, the others got a month. What should I do? I need to get rid of these things so I can put some new plants in the flower room
Im finna clean out the whole room but whats the best way to treat almost dun plants, spray with poison?
I know I cant do that to the ones that got a week but what about the ones that got a month?
Should I pull the ones that got a week to go early?
Also does monteray insect spray work on mites?
How do spider mites smoke?

Isnt the floramite treatment should be done at day 1 one of flowering to quarantee mite free harvest, not a week before harvest?

Floramite is systematic, so if you use it week before harvest there will be lot´s of it in your harvested plants, but at least you get rid of mites :wink: However, dont know what it includes in it and really wouldnt want to smoke such a bud

You could try pyrethrium sprays, they only knock out/kill the adults & younger ones but not the eggs... For egg´s you need a spray that has some amino acids on it, it will destroy the eggs! If you grow in app, you propably have mites on you veggin plants also and let me tell you -> they ARE THE BITCH TO GET RID OF without systematic poison!!! Ppl have found mite nest from inside their BALLLAST think about how hot it is, from electriccordboxe´s, you name it, they crawl it, so pyrethium bombs would be the way and then repeat it in two days, or three depending your temps!

I would think this twice -> how to get rid of them, before inducing new plants

yeah I found a couple white specks on one of the veg-plants too, so they're all up in everything. I wonder how safe a bomb is in a bedroom... Im thinkin put all the clones into the veg chamber then bomb both the veg tent and the flower room at once, repeat in a couple days to a week, then repeat one more time. Problem is I sleep next to my veg-tent so Im not tryna breath the stuff in...

Maybe stay somewhere else for a couple nights? Im goin to the hydro store tomarrow, see what they got for me...

Definitely stay away from your apartment while bomb´s! Then use floramite on those veg plants and clean, wipe, strerilize your WHOLE app..

I would throw anything with mites away, do proper cleaning set it up again and use preventive measures and even then -> keep your thumbs up...

Cannot believe they even survive inside HOT ballast, but a nest...

I went and got some Safer brand insect killing soap with seaweed extract and sprayed everything down real good. Also got some pyrethrum TR bombs, finna let one off after I harvest 2 of the plants later this week or next week...

I thought they was gon but I just had a sighting in the flower room on some younger plants.... I sprayed the hell out of um with ed rosenthals zero tolerance for the last couple days, nothin again yet...Unforturnatly I am goin on a trip and wont be back for a week so I wont be able to watch um real close, but one I get home, ITS WAR.
