get 502 error when going to homepage, and forums list

I cant seem to go the homepage, it takes about 30 seconds of loading then just says 502 error, same with when i try to go to the list of forums

I have also been getting 502 and 504 error? / Bad gateway since the update. I also get alot of lag and when I try to scroll down, a box pops up at the top of the page saying working, then the page laggs out and freezes for me.

I was getting both of those issues quite a bit yesterday, not so much today. I found I was having to wait a minute or so before I could refresh back to the proper page, or close the window and start over. But again, I had to wait about a minute for either to work. It'll come around.

i quit going to ANY of the "funny picture" threads. almost every time i did, then tried to return to the forums, i got a 502 & had to leave site & log back in...when it would let me.

The issue causing the 502s and gateway problems since the upgrade have been resolved. 502 issues you're experiencing at the moment are being caused by the topic node update script that is going through every node on the site and updating the node ID, this process should be finished in the next couple of weeks. Until then it's a bit of a balancing act between getting this process to complete more quickly and managing load on the database.
