What is the best way to germinate old seeds. Any help will greatly appreciated. The seeds are BOG LIFESAVER. Thanks again in advance.

I dont know about the "best way" but this is what I did with some 3-4 year old seeds.Just soaked them overnite in plain water,then straight to moist soil.I had 80% come up.

I wouldnt scuff em TBH! As bobcat said soak em in a glass of water or damp paper towel for 24 hour then into your medium
I agree with Core on this... "skuff the old seeds first"
