A genius is a person of great intelligence, who shows an exceptional natural capacity of intellect, especially as shown in creative and original work. Geniuses always show strong individuality and imagination, and are not only intelligent, but unique and innovative.

An alliance is an agreement between two or more parties, made in order to advance common goals and to secure common interests.



I'm looking for unabashed geniuses, to work together developing technology in whatever category one is passionate about. Possibly, like myself, you have great ideas that you can't bring to life, without the proper environment and funding.

To be specific, I hope to create a 'planned community', where we can work under our own corporation doing R&D. I have diligently saved money to fund this enterprise, and hope to begin construction before the end of 2009.

So if you feel your genius is going to waste in your current environment, I implore you to consider a 'Genius Alliance,' where we can work as individuals to achieve our full potential.

Great idea Liam,
Some geniuses are so focused on their particular expertise that they often lack the skills of the most mundane and simple tasks in life.
I used to service all the potted plants and floral arrangements at IBM in Armonk NY, in one particular building it was quite evident that the workers there dressed any damned way they pleased, I was also asked to not bother the workers there by talking to any of them unless they approached me. About my third day there I had to ask someone (from another building of course) and was told that this was the IBM genius sector, no dress code & they could come and go as they pleased, they were just expected to provide a flow of input, ideas, and insights. It seems that any attempt to have these people conform to standard 'office policies' inhibited that flow of genius.

Had to say all that as it is perhaps a good thing to know as you start your venture, be open to the nonconfomist ways of genius.

Start with botanist geniuses first bro & bring home the bacon for all of us here!

Unfortunately i was born with too good of a memory/brain capacity......it causes unbearable suffering at times......i mean, who wants to remember every single face they've seen on the subway? This is where cannabinoids come in.....THC is nature's way of regulating all these unnecessary memories and allows you to simply enjoy the present for awhile.....

Yes, it is true, i live in a world of ideas.....i have little patience for rules, money, dressing appropriately etc......i had a job interview where i was criticized for my shabby appearance, and i responded that i thought my Ivy League degrees would be more important than my fashion accessories or lack thereof.....

Anyway, sure I'll apply as a candidate for your genius alliance......coincidentally, it was yesterday when a brand-new product hit the hydroponics stores which will allow the creation of the ultimate growing cabinet.....i have dubbed it the GROW-POD (tm pending), and finally it is ready to be unleashed upon the world......it will be the most affordable, most productive growing machine yet invented.......

If you're serious about this technology alliance thing, then let's get together and do this thang......of course, i have no interest in money, only horticultural perfection.....maybe we could start the "Ultimate IC GROW-POD" thread and we could all collaborate on this thing which will carry a great big flying-seed Gypsy Nirvana Logo on it!!!!

The worst thing about a genius is the fact that most of them are so smart that they can't tie their own shoes. There is an old saying that people who have their head in the clouds are no earthly good. If you have a community of folks with a genius IQ, you will have tons on new ideas, great discussions(arguments) and no one to plow the fields,fix the toilets or wipe your ass. Either collect enough money for this project to hire a few Rednecks to do all the work or let some dumb folks join who know how to fix your plumbing and get stuff done.

Bio-diesel from algae
- power generators for our electricity and heating needs.
- exhaust from generators can be used to feed algae CO2

This is just a sample of my plans, most of which are not 'concrete' yet.

If you feel that this environment I propose is what you need to achieve your full potential, then we have common ground to begin building upon.

If you beleive you are a genius, you should be smart enough to not be ashamed of it.

I think membership will go to those that want it the most, and those that prove themselves will keep it. For now, membership is meaningless, it is the idea that has meaning alone, the idea that we could make an environment for ourselves and accomplish so much more.

As a corporation though, profit is one goal, but not the only goal.
