Genetically modified mites!

i has fussing bout my mite prob last nite and my thoughts started to drift (like it does sometimes hehehe) and i got to the stage where i was seriously considering the possibility that the gov had genetically modified mites in an under ground lab then crop sprayed then to F***K us up.

i know som of use hav giv them an apt knick name of the borg, but i think they're mor like the replicators from star gate, if u've seen it u'll know y.

its a gov plan to f***k me up, or am i just paranoid

actually it wasn't that long ago that alotta people were blamin powdery mold on the gov's attempt to rid the usa of mj.
powdery mold has wreaked havoc on cali grape crops. if ya read info on it, you'll find gm research has come up with grapes that aren't affected by it.
too bad they don't dump billions into research on weed! huh?

I have yet to see a spidermite stand up to a no pest strip,at least at my house.

probally not geneticlly modified just imune to the spray your using.

A long time used insecticide called lorsban once killed every thing in a grow room but now struggles to kill mite, with some of the coloured mite actually thrive init. Too widely used in fruit veg crops around here..

Abermectin is one of the newer active ingredients in some sprays that seems to work well but only on mite of all types.. Not yet imune..


looks like you need to do alittle test, buy a fewmite killers and a few petri dishes.

a infested leaf in each dish with lid a quick spray of each insecticide and have alook as to which works best on your mite. in my trail abermectin was the only to kill 100% on contact the rest had small numbers living after 20minutes....

will need a good scope or loupe to see the bugs dying.


good luck well worth solving the mite issue my grow has improved soo much since taking them out of the equation.

glad to here nps r still working as i've got som coming this week, i've been using chillie juice (home made) and that seems to b good, its much better on the cutting as i can put it in a container and dunk the ladies in it, i've dunked 2 week old cutting and it does harm them.

it a bit dif with the bigger girls, praying doesnt always get everything even with wetter in ti and it makes yr eyes water and cough like mad.

nps soon i cant wait to c the f***kers curl there toes up
