Garden Journal

I'm a wreck at record keeping. Can anybody suggest a good, free gardening journal to keep records in, maybe downloadable or printable? Sorry if this is out of line, not exactly sure what rules apply forumwise.

Haha I use an old school composition notebook that cost me 94 cents. An excel sheet on the computer would work too with columns for feed schedule, measurements, and general notes
