G13XHashplant or Hashplant?

Time to widen my horizons and order up. My garden prizes are both Diesel hybreds, LSD and Juliet - the Juliet is really tall - almost too much for indoor but definatly conisure grade - same as the LSD.

Anyway,, Neither make Hashy tasting bubble - it's good - just not hashy tasting.

I've been saving up for Sensi Hashplant - now I read a lot more about G13XHashplant - and nothing bad can be said about it. hmmmmmm

Anybody grown both?
What's the difference in smoke?
G13 still hashy tasting or different?
How does the buzz compare? - - A couple posts say G13 is too strong,, is it more potent than HP? a lot or a little?

I'll probably choose a male and seed both an LSD and a Juliet. The offspring should be vastly differing but deadly.

I had a G13/Hash Plant cross but I am not sure where my friend bought the seeds from. It was great and to this day he still has a cut he is giving me a hard time to get off him. When I here G13 it makes me wonder if it is just a pheno from seed or the actual elite (if you can call any clone that) clone only plant. I can't tell you which is the best seed bank to buy from, but just look around and see what others have to say. The G13 in it makes me think of just hype, so be careful. Good luck and sorry I can't help you out better - but the one my friend has is amazing!

Both are Sensi seeds - the G13XHashplant is a couple bucks a bean more - and from the breeders note takes a little longer in flower. From the Sensi pictures the G13 buds are noticeabley larger and some say prone to internal mold and rot if not careful.

Many g13 crosses available - most are HIGHLY rated



That's why I posted here - seems breeders are salesmen too and tend to stretch the truth sometimes.

The Hashplant is actually Crossed to NL by the way (75/25) I think. Look, both are gonna be killer (very potent) Indicas man. You cant go wrong really. If you want hashy tasting, its def the HP you want. I think the G-13 is perhaps a little more potent, but has less flavour/smell - dependant on pheno of course. The HP is VERY fast flowering strain. G-13 a little more streatchy. mmmm... :chin: just get both and grow them side by side. Now thats an idea!

Hey!

I would definitely go with that Mr.nice(G13XHashplant)!

I have growed several crops of it and think that it is very powerfull and nice strain. If you gonna go with it i would recommed that you leave the trichomes half clear and cloudy(sorry, dont remember the right word!), then its gonna go to your body, but head also. If you let it go full ripeness it would put you on sleep(at least it does it for me almost everytime) :yoinks: So, if you wanna get good daytime smoke you would let the trichomes go just half ripe and the other half clear!

If you gonna choose hashplant i must recommed Reefermans Hashplant. I dont have any personal growing experience about it, but many of my friends have growed it and they all have glorify it(its all about finding that keeper!).

Those Mr.Nice beans also have several phenos that are all very strong & powerfull, but there are truly star amongst the others. If i were you i would look for an 55 day pheno, because thats the shit!

G13 HP is definately going to be better than HP.
Just read about it, I mean the guy is Mr. Nice he is a famous breeder - he wouldn't name a strain after himself unless he though it was one of the most amazing strains he had ever made, am I wrong?

How do you control mold and bud rot from the inside?

mr. nice is a sensi strain not a shanti strain as far as i know. he is an amazing breeder though. i must say he's my favorite.

ok Mr Nice is not a breeder. He is Howard Marks the famous dope smuggler and author. He is the name and face of Mr Nice seeds of which Shantibaba is the breeder.

G-13/HP is a Sensi Seeds cross named also after the same guy in his honour. This strain was named before Mr Nice seedbank was established.

Agreed, Mr Nice is a legend and one of the fore fathers of the comercialization Didn't he turn States evidence? G-13 on the otherhand is rumored to have been a US government strain ok, nevermind off topic.

Anyway - - let me link another thread about the mold. It is spefically about G13XHashplant - and I found the post right after I found the seeds on Sensi site. There are a coupld posts - one grower found it at harvest - -ewwwwwww that would suck.

I would go with the Hashplant. There have been way to many so-so reports on the Mr. Nice strain over the years for me, at least, to throw that kind of money at beans. I have just finished a couple of Seedsman's HP's and the results have been very good so-far. They are not however, heavy yielders. RM's Hashplant has received some very good reviews as well.
