G13 x Jacks Cleaner x Grapefruit...

Anyone got any info of this cross?

Its from the plural of G13 collection.. I got it from one of gypsys shops in London.. The nice lady in the 'Indoor Jungle' could only tell me that it was from humbolt, cali.. not much info on the website either..

Hey guys..

I know and love the cleaner and equally love the grapefruit taste.. everyone knows the story of G13, but i was just looking for info on the actual poly-hybrid itself.

TGA are actually one of my favourite breeder collectives and I'm growing out Suny's Floater at the moment, i only bought this cross for the jacks cleaner genes which I'm sure will add a certain something to the cross..

Has anyone, anywhere actually grown out the cross??

Hi Bean,

It sometimes has a grapefruit smell. Otherwise, heavily G13 dominate. Very good, but I found no Jacks Cleaner phonos. Nor would I expect to.

I have more info if you want, mainly from overgrow.

I grew this out once...only had one plant but it smelled of grapefruit . I loved it...best of luck

hey Bean i have also grown out the g13 jacks cleaner cross.. It was pleasant to grow but i didn't find a keeper that compared to either of the original parents. It was easy to grow and you should enjoy it till its up-in-smoke. Here are a few pics of what i grew.

The only reason i forked out for the '8kxG13' and the 'JCxGrxG13' was that i was expecting mega potency.. lol.

Hello Bean, I grew them out about a year ago. And another member here said it. It's not as potent as any of it's parents. It does yeild very well, stays pretty short. And can take all the nutes you can give them. A typical sweet smelling indica.

Gypsy contracted with some swis growers to produce these seeds. the only thing Pom had to do with them is he did the marketing and promotion of that seed line while he worked at Seeds Direct. That M*****fu**er couldn't pop corn.

I ggrew out the JC x Gf x G13 last year. She was a large lady that smelled full on of grapefruit. We took just under a pound from her. I've been smoking it for 7 months now and I still get head rushes even setting down. It is in my top 5 strains out of over 50 that I've grown and although not in my garden this year, it Will be in '07. Peace, Loran

From what i have read this cross produces mainly G13 dominant pheno's with a Grapefruit smell.. this makes sense as i have read comments from a few breeders that say G13 nearly always dominates a cross...
I cant remember who said it but, say if you crossed G13 with Blueberry you wouldn't get a super potent Blueberry like plant in the offspring but more a watered down version of both... this makes more sense after taking into account what you have all said..



Therefore..
If i grew these pips out and made a number of F2's with different parents, could i find a more desirable Phenotype which combines the best of all three parent strains?... or does it not work like that.

I found the cross to be very stable as all plants were very simular. I found no different phenos in my pack. It's possible that your f-2's would release some of that stability.

So, correct me if im wrong but does that mean the P1 strains were IBL's?? Or does this mean they are just stable?

I assumed that because these pips are from a poly hybrid that the F1 offspring would have massive variations in a pack of 10..
