We’ve got a few…
1) I was leaving the grow store after stopping by only to find a note on the door saying they were closed for the day due to illness; when an old hippy woman, who happened to be shopping at the store on the other side of the street, says to me “THAT store closes at 2 on Saturdays.” I politely informed the woman that it was in fact Monday. (I did not even mention to her that it was 11 in the morning!) Her response was, “Oh, is it? ... Weird.” I guess her meds were full strength that day!
2) Another time, we stopped in a grow shop to pick up some nutes. There were two grey, bearded, long-haired gentlemen eyeing us. When seeing the high phosphorus plant food we’d selected, one of them says to us, “Does that stuff work?” I just said, “Umm…yeah.” Seriously though, is there any plant food that doesn’t “work” as long as you use it properly?
3) OK this one isn’t a grow store...but…a few months back I was in McD’s…a scruffy looking dude sits down a couple of tables over to have his lunch. I overhear him on his phone…”Hey man, you want some nuggets? I got some!”…Quickly glancing at his tray, I saw no chicken nuggets.
Anyone else have a story or two?
