I could not find any pictures on the diagnosis threads on here that resemble this. On an otherwise healthy plant. Could it be nitro toxicity?? Thanks

they have a lot of evaporation residue on the leaves.
Was it sprayed with an agent, or is it all lime from the water?

such leaf damage is often caused by climatic conditions. ventilation and how it is designed play a role in this.
especially when spraying.

Such damage can also occur if too much lime is given.
Calcium determines how well or poorly other nutrients can be absorbed. nitrogen in particular benefits from high lime.
this makes it too easy for the plant to absorb.
