?Fungus Gnats?

Came home to these critters everywhere after being out of town, with my mom feeding the ladies....are they just your run of the mill fungus gnats? Or worse?

If so I was thinking of putting out some rove beetles and/or Hypoaspis miles for the larvae...and maybe some sticky traps and/or mantis egg sacks for the grown pests...what do you guys think?

Put up pest strips, fly paper
I would mix some mosquito dunks into the top inch or 2 of your grow medium
Let the medium dry out a little more then usual then bottom feed
