Viruses like corona have always been around were just lucky the Chinese found out what it was but tell that to the president and he will say its the China virus I personally would like to thank china for finding out this was a new dangerous virus we should watch out for or else we would be thinking were having a bad flu season

That's great but you will have to go into quarantine if you are coming to Australia. Plus some state borders are closed

Yep you cant travel anywhere at the moment if your country is on quarantine lists...most countries not accepting tourists.

... considering that "new cases" here are all travel related, or reported as such. PEI has had a great record. OTOH, they did issue 469 citations and fines to those who broke from self isolation protocols upon entry into the province. It's like "patents" not worth the paper it is written on unless it is enforced!

I was thinking about going to Africa in the fall, not gonna happen. Then postponed that to spring and it still might not happen.

Anyways, I don't know if you fly to Italy right now, and if you can, will they allow you into the country at all or after a 14 day quarantine or something. Depends on the country you're flying from and thing, if it's a red listed country.. Might wanna stay home. Then you got another problem with flying from Italy to Australia, 'cause Italy was one of the hardest hit countries when it comes to COVID cases. And Australia border officials don't fuck around. I'm not even gonna google it, but I'd bet money on you not crossing the border there. Be on the 1st flight home, which might take a while..
