I can't believe this shit! excuse my language.....

so i take a couple of bong tokes....... i go to right aid.... and on the way there i stop at the bank to get some $ out(both are close to each other). i go to right aid to get some cough drops and such.... now on the way back i pass by the bank on my way to my house..... i notice i police car parked infront of the bank and the bank itself looked deserted.... there are some people standing on the sidewalk across the street from the bank.... as i pass by they point at me... i just thought weirdo's.... whatever.... when i turn into my house i notice in my mirror a car behind me and a cop car behind him w/ his lights on hauling ass! i think the car's gonna pull over. i park in my driveway and get my bags, open door and i started to get out....... when i hear "put your hands on your head"! wha???? two cop cars are behind me and cops w/ there guns/shotguns drawn! so step backwards......on yuour knees, and "slap" handcuffs come out.

i was like ???????? what the? what i do? i wasn't speeding.... cops are asking if i have weapons parol bla bla bla.... whats going on officer? well somebody robbed the "bank"(where i was earlier). somebody pointed out some guy who was wearing the same hat that i was........ so they bring a "witness" to check me out... after what seemed like an eternity a nother cop car pulls up and the cops start telling me to look this way and to turn that way........ now they take me back and realese my cuffs..... "sorry for the missunderstanding" the officers appoligize......"you're free to go"

Looked like a damn scarface movie! I tell you! cops were moving in towards my car w/ shotguns drawn pointing at everything while i was being handcuffed!

i'm just like Fuck! i'm not mad at the cops.... i know they are just doing there job! I hope they catch that fucker who made me go through this!

i was in the wrong place in the wrong time............

its time to smoke a bowl or two or three and my heinekens i gots here!

Dude that shit happened too me:

20 years ago in Phoenix Az. I got left at a party, then kicked out of the party!
As I was walking home down residetial streets, trying to stay out of site. It was about 4am. Cops surrounded me with guns drawn yelling at me to get on the ground. Someone had broken in to an old ladies house. Robbed Her at knife point actually makking Her bleed. And to top it off acted like they were going to rape Her. Atleast this is what the cops are telling me, you know! I did not say a word!
They held me for 34.5 hours wainting on this lady to get out of the hospital. They told me they were sorry that, it was a young man fitting my exact disciption.

I dont walk anywhere unfamilar since!

A simular, however less serious incident happened to me a few years ago. My wife and her sister had to go to the DMV. While waiting in line, I decided to go across the road for a soda... my driver's license was suspended at the time, but I figured, 'Hell, it's just a across the street'. Well there I am, trying to decide between grape and orange when two cruisers peel into the parking lot and block in my wife's car. Intrigued, but blind to the implication, I grabbed a Dr. Pepper and headed for the register.... that's when they nabbed me. I was hauled outside in a most undignified manner, patted down and shackled. At this point the cop informed me that I was seen stealing a power meter from an apartment complex down the road. It would have been humorous if I wasn't without a driver's license. So, the asked if they could search the car and since I was pretty sure that there wasn't a power meter, or anything else in there, I consented. Well, after a very frustrating search for these shithead pigs, they decided that I must have known that the heat was on and disposed of the evidence.. I was shocked that they didn't ask for a cavity search. So, they put me in the back of their cruiser (I can't describe the smell) and proceeded to wait for their star eye witness. During this time, I was obliged to serve as entertainment for the growing crowd. Well, when the eye witness arrived and explained to these budding young detectives that I was way too white to be the thief, all they did was turn me loose and admonish me for driving without a license... no apology. There ya go folks, your tax dollars in action.

Apparently not too rare because something similar has happened to me. I was coming home from work and the cops pulled me over, and I had no idea why. Made me nervous that I didn't know if I was carrying any pot or not :-o They ordered me to the ground with guns drawn and pointed directly at me, and handcuffed me. Meanwhile one of officers is yelling at me to state my name. I said him and he kept insisting "BULLSHIT, STATE YOUR NAME SIR!". I told them where all my ID was and they still didn't believe me after checking! They had to call my workplace and get someone to verify my existence and then they let me go with their sweet little apology, LOL. Said that I fit the description and am driving a similar vehicle to a man suspected of a robbery, like your situation. I asked another cop I met at the gym about it and he said "it happens, that's protocol for a felony arrest. whoever you fit the description of evidently did something pretty bad."
